For nine days only, Kingsgate Project Space was transformed into a Tourist Information Office. On arrival, our friendly Tour Agents – a team of experts with a wealth of experience – informed visitors about the exciting themed tours on offer.

 

Agents provided visitors with everything they needed to guide them through their very own journey of discovery. With every tour itinerary researched thoroughly, our Tour Agents catered for all visitors, ensuring the best sightseeing experience. We hoped that both residents and tourists were able to capture the essence of Kilburn’s character – its history, natural beauty, and to commemorate its culture.

 

With a tour to suit everyone, visitors learnt about the area, and were treated to a number of ground-breaking site-specific ‘exhibits’ ranging from sculpture, performance, installation and video, all hosted in the diverse array of local shops. This collaboration between artists and Kilburn’s shops brought unfamiliar objects, materials and ideas into view, offering an unforgetable experience.

 

Artists included: Eleni Bagaki, Ting-Ting Cheng, Mahana Delacour, Diego Delas, Marine Guichard, Jana Koelmel, Lucie Kordacova, Vesta Kroese, Chloë Morley, Thomas Owen, Anastasia Papaeleftheriadou, Joe Rogers, Alicia Roy, Mark Tamer and  Yunsun Jung.
