Kingsgate Workshops x Handmade in Highgate, 6th -8th October
We're excited to have our own pop-up space at Handmade in Highgate this Autumn.
In the beautiful surroundings of the Highgate Society, you'll be able to pick up unique jewellery and one-off ceramics from a selection of our talented studio holders, including:
Barbara Spence - Jewellery
Contemporary jewellery inspired by astronomy. Working principally in silver, Barbara uses traditional silversmithing and forging techniques to create three dimensional forms. Each design is structured to capture a fleeting moment of dynamic motion and to be a wearable piece of contemporary jewellery.

Chisato Tamabayashi - Paper craft
"Much of my work is inspired by nature, especially the nature that I find around me in the city. I especially enjoy working in the book format, and then transferring and transforming the ideas that emerge in my books to other media. My aim is to make the turning of a page change according to time and place and light; to change the flat piece of paper into an object that expresses depths and dimensions. “

On top of this, the rest of the fair will be filled with more high quality contemporary craft and design.
