Lauren Godfrey & Maia Conran | Art Licks Summer Issue

Art Licks Issue 19

Just stumbled across both Lauren Godfrey and Maia Conran in the summer issue of Art Licks!

Lauren shows a series of images/drawings titled Perdersi in un bicchiere d'acqua (losing yourself in a glass of water) and Maia contributes to an interview with The Disembodied Voice research group of which she is a member.

The exhibition - Footnotes to a Long Distance Telephone Call shown at Danielle Arnaud earlier this year - where Maia exhibited the new video work Meat - was also reviewed in this issue. Three distinctly different responses to the show came from Tom Crowley, Ayca Dundar and Lucy Wilkinson, definitely worth a read...buy a copy here!
