Kingsgate Artist Erika Winstone has been selected by William Feaver and Jenny Lomax for the London Group Open exhibition 2011.




Kingsgate Workshops Trust would like to thank all those who attended the one day Emerging Artists workshops on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th August. Our Emerging Artists - Eva Masterman, Ella Bryant and Ben Senior did a great job tutoring workshops in:-

• Egg Tempera Painting
• Van Dyke Photographic Printing

KWT Education Kingsgate Workshops Trust at the Kilburn Festival, Sunday 10th July 2011, Kilburn Grange Park. A big thank you to everyone who came, Kingsgate Workshops ran potter, throwing and fabulous face painting. A great day was had by all!

KWT Artist Nicola Lane will be screening her Film 'Speaking from the heart' in collaboration with Clean Break Theatre Company. at the Tricycle Cinema, Sunday July 10th, 7 - 10pm followed by panel discussion with Nicola and members of the cast. KINGSGATE WORKSHOPS TRUST - OPEN STUDIOS 2011
Kinsgate Workshops Trust invites you to Open Studios 2011 an opportunity for the public to visit and view art works by a diverse range of artists and craftspeople.
Kingsgate Workshops Trust is a converted 19th Century warehouse providing studio and workshop facilities for over 70 artists and craftspeople. This year's Open Studios will also include an exhibition in the Kingsgate Gallery, by KWT artist Naori Priestly. On Friday 10th June, Kingsgate Workshops Trust will hold a preview of Kingsgate artists' studios and work. Members of the public are invited to join us for a glass of wine and an opporunity to meet our resident artists and craftspeople.
Our Open Studios event will include free art workshops for children and families. Visitors can enjoy refreshments throughout the weekend and a special "Artombola" offering a range of prizes including exclusive art and craft works.
As well as meeting our permanent studio-holders visitors will be able to meet the recipents of our 2011 Emerging Artists Residence: Ella Bryant, Eva Masterman and Benjamin Senior.
